What this offers:
At Steren Surveyors we utilise the RICS Building Survey report which is a concise, user friendly report provided in a standardised format that ensures a thorough inspection is undertaken and that the surveyor looks at all sections of the property that are readily visible or accessible.
This survey offers a more in depth and comprehensive inspection and report than that offered by the RICS Homebuyer Report, incorporating detailed building pathology and explanations of any significant defects to the main structure, outbuildings, and related grounds.
A guide to cost implications for further investigations and remedial works is also included to help clients better understand any significant financial implications they may be committing to upon purchase.
